Group Policies
- Reservations preferred 30 days in advance
- All payments for tickets and rooms due by July 15th
- 100% refunds for prepaid cancellations granted 30 days out
- Two (2) complimentary admissions per 25 paid admissions each evening

Freedom Hall Concerts: 6:00pm - 12:00am
(for a group of 25 or more)
$72.00 per person / Monday-Wednesday
$81.00 per person / Thursday-Saturday
$153.00 per person / Monday-Saturday

Showcase Spectaculars
For a group of 25 or more, you will receive a 15% discount on standard showcase ticket rates listed in the Showcase section.

For every showcase you bring 25 people, you will receive 2 complimentary tickets.

Group Itineraries Available
Upon request, the NQC can put together a complete itinerary for a tour that would include lodging including discounts and complimentary rooms for drivers, tickets to all NQC events, and tickets to these popular Louisville attractions:

Packages may include:
- Two tickets to each NQC Evening Concert
- Two tickets to all Afternoon Showcase Spect.
- A room at either the Galt House (Downtown) or the Park Inn/Hilton Garden (East End); parking included
- Complimentary breakfast at the hotel each morning of your stay
- Two tickets to Kentucky Derby Museum
- Two tickets to Louisville Mega Caverns
- Two family style dinners (all you can eat) and tractor tour of Joe Huber's Family Farm and Restaurant

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 rooms/2 people per room
- For 20-38 packages sold (10-19 rooms), driver receives room at half price and tickets to all attractions
- For 40 or more packages sold (20 rooms and up), two complete complimentary packages will be given in addition to the driver half-price room
- Single room packages add $60 per day
