How do I Purchase a Booth:
To purchase a booth, you would call the NQC office at 800-846-8499 and dial extension 3124 or 3121. Cathy or Clarke will be glad to help you secure the best location available. Each booth space is 10’ x 10’ and single, double, triple and quad configurations are available. The price is $400.00 per space before March 1st and $500.00 for the remainder of the year. Your space is automatically reserved for the following year. You will be invoiced and have until the end of February to pay for that space.
How do I Participate in one of the Showcases:
Being an exhibitor makes you available for showcase participation. Our entry level
showcases are the Regional Artist Showcases and opportunities for advancement into the
other showcases are prevalent. Refer to the “NQC Path to Success” in the Booth section
of the website. Two performers from each Regional and Featured Artist Showcase are
chosen each day to perform on the pre-concert portion of the evening concerts on the
NQC main stage.
Talent Contest:
The NQC no longer produces a talent contest. However, there is an exciting competition
element associated with the Regional Artist Showcases. Select the “Regional Artist
Showcase” button on the main menu to find out all of the information and all of the
opportunities associated with the Regional Artist Showcases.
Can I Advertise in the Program Guide:
Yes, advertising is available in the Program Guide. A full spec. sheet is available on the
website under the “Booths & Advertising” section.
