NQC Lease Agreement
The lease agreement is binding on all NQC exhibitors. You do not need to execute and return it.
You do not need to register in advance for your badges, however, remember that you are limited to four badges for your first booth and 2 additional badges for each additional booth. Any additional badges you need will need to be purchased on site for $75.00 each. You may pick up your badges upon arrival at the counter labeled “Registration” located in North Wing Lobby.

The exhibit hall will be located in the North Wing. The exhibitor parking area is located in the E Lot. If you will need to drop a trailer, plan on dropping it beside the horse barns just above D Lot. Please let us know if you have any questions about the parking arrangements.

If you are uncertain of your booth location, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call her at 800-846-8499, ext. 3124, and she will be glad to inform you of your booth location. Your booth location was in the letter sent to you about the exhibitor packet materials being available on our web-site. If you are purchasing a booth from another company, that company can provide you with the booth number assigned to you.
Geo. E. Fern Co. Packet [password - quartet12]
This online packet is used to order any booth accessories you might need for your booth. The show colors this year will be white drapes with red aisle carpet. Electricity, Telephone, Internet and Freight Service must be ordered through the Kentucky Expo Center. These forms are in the “Facility Info” section of the Geo. E Fern packet. Telephone and Internet must be ordered through the Smart City forms, which is also in the “Facility Info” section of the Geo. E Fern packet. If you wish to order electricity when you arrive, you must do so no later than Monday, September 10th. No electricity orders will be taken after Monday.
Special Event Form
After the convention, please fill out this form and mail it to the Kentucky Revenue Department. Kentucky Revenue may provide another form at the event, which you would receive at the registration desk. Filing this form is mandatory and required under state law.
1 PASS WILL BE MAILED TO YOU ON AUGUST 17TH.These passes provide entrance to the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center and access to the exhibitor parking lot (indicated as Lot E on the KEC map for the week of the National Quartet Convention. Lot E will be exclusively for coaches and other large vehicles. Regular vehicles will need to use regular parking spaces. A charge will be imposed for replacing lost parking passes. Additional parking passes can be obtained at the Registration counter in North Wing Lobby upon arrival. The number of passes will be limited by the number of booths you have purchased.
Please keep in mind that per Kentucky law, you are not allowed to dispense food or beverage from your booth to the public. Also, there will be no helium balloons allowed in the exhibit hall. Load-in may begin on Monday, September 10th, at 8:00 a.m. and must conclude by 3:00 p.m. You may pick up your badges at the registration area in the North Wing Lobby beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. You may also load in early on Sunday, September 9th beginning at 10:00 a.m. The doors to the exhibit hall will be opened at 4:00 p.m, on September 10th-11th. On September 12th-15th, the exhibit hall will open at 3:00 p.m. Load-out may begin at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 17th and must conclude by the end of the day on Sunday, September 18th. Any furniture left in the North Wing after Sunday, September 18th will be subject to storage charges. NO LOAD OUT WILL BE PERMITTED WHILE THE HALL IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
